Working along side an herbalist is a great way to empower your journey towards optimum wellness as well as receive support and guidance in navigating the extensive world of herbs. An Initial Herbal Consultation is required for all new clients. This initial session includes a comprehensive look at the total scope of your health history, and a discerning of wellness goals. A complete review of the unique patterns of your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, and emotional/mental/spiritual health will be evaluated.

After your initial appointment you will receive a personalized list of various lifestyle, nutritional, and herbal suggestions and recommendations to accommodate your Wellness Goals. Included will be herbal suggestions to select from as well as custom supplement recommendations that will be available from the Victor Gray Apothecary (https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/vgherbalist). Custom herbal compounds such as: a tea, syrup, elixir, tincture, powder, essential oil blend, balm or salve,will be available as well. Your products and formulas may be picked up or we can ship them to you. Our goal is to make taking an all natural, holistic approach to your health and wellness affordable, so let us know if you have financial concerns.

We recommend a scheduled appointment at least 28 days after you begin your herbal suggestions & custom herbal formulas. This will allow you to check in with us regarding your progress and will give you an opportunity to reflect on your path to optimum wellness.

How many follow up visits you will need will vary depending on your personal wellness goals. For general wellness goals, two to three follow up visits are recommended. For chronic or more complicated concerns, more follow up visits may be necessary.
